Polo participates in the 20th Brazilian Congress of Thermal Sciences and Engineering

Encit 2024 – 20th Brazilian Congress of Thermal Sciences and Engineering, was promoted by ABCM (Brazilian Association of Mechanical Sciences and Engineering) and hosted by the Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR).

The event took place between November 10th and 14th, 2024, in Foz do Iguaçu, consolidating itself as one of the most important discussion forums in Thermal Sciences in Brazil and bringing together researchers from industry and academia to share advances and discoveries in areas such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat and mass transfer.

In this edition, POLO presented 11 papers that addressed topics in the areas of Offshore and Petroleum Engineering, Decarbonization, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, as well as Heat and Mass Transfer.
