Vitor de Melo Braga has a degree and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2014). He is currently a doctoral student of the Graduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at UFSC with an emphasis on Thermal Sciences. Has experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), development of compressor simulation codes and experimental analysis of compressors. He has been a member of the Refrigeration and Thermophysics Research Laboratory (POLO) since 2009, where he is currently conducting research in the field of multiphase flows applied to reciprocating refrigeration compressors.
